Film Open is a new artist film screening programme of artist films, featuring twenty recent works selected from an open call to Associates, Members or Studio Holders of: 
 Spike Island, Bristol 
 Eastside Projects, Birmingham 
 Transmission, Glasgow 
 Castlefield Gallery, Manchester 
 S1 Artspace, Sheffield 
The programme launched in May 2015 and tours to all of the venues as well as the ICA, London in 2015.

The fourth edition of Tramway’s Artist Moving Image Festival (#AMIF2015), 
examines the role of collective thinking and making.This edition is co-organised by LUX Scotland 
and features contributions from Conal McStravick (with Laura Guy and Ed Webb-Ingall), 
Norms, tenletters, Transmission, and Glasgow LUX Critical Forum.
As well as the artists ontributing to FILM OPEN, the festival includes work by: 
Catharine Anyungo, Lorna Boschman, Emma Charles, Richard Fung, John Greyson, 
Zoe Leonard and Catherine Saalfield, Tom Kalin, Anja Kirschner and David Panos, 
Pratibha Parmar, Falke Pisano and Luca Frei, Yvonne Rainer, James Richards and 
Steve Reinke, Marlon Riggs, Emily Roysdon, Helke Sander, Elisabeth Subrin, and more; 
as well as a special two-day focus on the legacy of the artist Stuart Marshall (1949 – 1993).
